STORE POLICY

By ordering online, you are agreeing to the terms and policies listed below.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Anais & I accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Anais & I will not sell or share your information with third parties.  Our online security provides ordering

with maximum security and privacy.

 

TAX

Sales Tax is charged to customers who are New York State residents.

 

SHIPPING

Processing Orders

We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner.  Orders placed Monday -

Friday before 3pm (excluding holidays) will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders placed on

week-ends and holidays will start being processed on the next business day.

 

Modifying/Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.  However, you can return or exchange your

purchase as per our return policy.

 

Out of Stock Items

We try to keep an accurate inventory in its online store.  However, you may order merchandise that is out

of sock.  In this event, we will inform you upon receipt of your order via e-mail.

 

Shipping Charges

We use UPS Ground delivery throughout the USA.  Therefore, we can not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as

well as P.O. boxes.

We charge a flat fee based on the total of your order (before taxes and shipping cost are included):

Once your exchange has been received, we will send you store credit by email.

 

Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 days of package arrival.

 

GIFT WRAP

All discounted items cannot be gift wrap.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.  Returns must be made within 15 days of order. 

All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. 

Return shipping, panyment for returns shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the

responsibility of the purchaser.  We do not refund shipping charges. 

Please keep in mind that all shipping cost is on customers.

We use USPS for the international order.

If you wish to rush your order, pelase contact us directly.

We will use UPS Air and will charge you UPS real-time shipping rates.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. 

Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt,

and maybe affected by Customs and Exercise delays.
